Q: Will I see different items on the website than I do in the catalog? A: Yes! We will introduce all new products on the website. Some items may not be available for inclusion in our catalog before the printing deadlines so they will be available for purchase on the website or by calling customer service.
Q: How often will products change on the website? A: I am always searching for new products and product lines for my terrier enthusiasts. They will be posted to the web site as soon as they arrive.
Q: Will my credit card be charged immediately upon ordering?
