Contacting the Customer Service Department

Customers Inside the United States: You can reach our customer service department via e-mail, telephone or regular mail. We are available to answer your phone calls from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. If you call us about a shipment, please have the order information from your packing list available. 

International Customers: Shipments outside of the USA are subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser. You can reach our customer service department at  (610) 469-2721 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.

Paying with Credit Card

We accept only credit card payment for online orders. This change is effective as of July 1, 2008.

Please provide the "bill to" address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During the online authorization process we will validate that the information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the information or if the information does not match the address information on file.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of order confirmation.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax in the following states. Tax for orders shipped to these states will have sales tax automatically added to the order total.

Processing an Order

We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours whenever possible. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery of items that are in stock. Additional time may be needed during the holiday season. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next regular business day. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order. Custom orders will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of the order. Online orders will be charged during the order confirmation stage of placing your order. Some heavy or bulky items require additional shipping charges. All international orders will be shipped via postal mail.

How to Change Your Order or Request a Refund

We process your orders within 24 hours whenever possible. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct or cancel it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify your order. If an item must be discontinued or does not meet product quality expectations the order will be cancelled and the customer notified via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours whenever possible. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items purchased online or via telephone and fax. Refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days to receive full credit. Requests must be in writing and the original paperwork must be enclosed with the item. Items must be returned in the original condition and un-damaged. The original packaging must be used to return the item whenever possible. Return postage and insurance are the responsibility of the sender. There are no refunds on close outs or custom orders.
